- MARINATION:
- 900 gm chicken Marinate the -
- ginger garlic 2 tbsp paste
- 1 tsp redchilli powder -
- 1 cup yoghurt -
- 1 tsp garammasala -
- 1 tsp cardamom green pdr -
- 1 cup onion fried -
- 4 tbsps ghee -
- 2 greenchilli -broken
- coriander leaves mint leaves &
- 1/2 tsp salt turmeric , pdr
- lemonjuice
For rice layer:
- SPICES:
- 2 cardomom black
- 4 clove
- peppercorn 1 tbsp -
- 1 inch bayleaf cinamon cardomom , stick green - ,4
- 1 tsp shajeera -
- salt
- 2 cups basmati rice soaked -
- :TOPPING
- corianderleaves,mintleaves
- 1/4 tsp garammasala -
- 3 tbsps saffron milk soaked in -
- 5 tbsps ghee -

- marinate the chicken with above marinate for hrs or overnight 4
- tie the spices for rice in muslin cloth and add to the boiling water then add shajeera , salt
- ,rice cook till done and then drain it 3/4
- In a wide pan add marinated chicken spread evenly as each chicken pieces touches the pan then layer it with rice then top with corianderleaves,mint leaves ,fried onion garam masala ,safrron milk , ghee cook on high flame for 10mins then lower it and cook till vapours come...
